Roger Goodell

Judging by his numbers, Roger Goodell, the current NFL Commissioner, is headed for a period of struggle and strife originating primarily from the public outcry of the NFL’s handling of the Ray Rice abuse debacle. It is my opinion that this challenging period will ultimately lead to Mr Goodell’s firing or resignation as Commission of the NFL. His most trying times begin in October, 2014 and continue through to February 2016. In the last few days, other comparable abuse cases have been exposed, namely 49er Ray McDonald and Viking Adrian Peterson, and just today, Carolina Panthers’ Greg Hardy. Via Google, I found a statistic about the NFL that indicated that there have been 84 NFL players arrested in the past 13 years for domestic abuse. That’s more than 6 a year, but the real truth is found in the statistics of the National Coalition of Domestic Abuse of America: One in every 4 women will experience domestic violence in her lifetime. An estimate 1.3 million women are victims of physical assault by an intimate partner each year. 85% of domestic violence victims are women. Historically, females have been most often victimized by someone they know. Females who are 20-14 years of age are at the greatest risk of non-fatal intimate partner violence. MOST CASES OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ARE NEVER REPORTED. It is gratifying, however, to see victims of abuse (domestic or otherwise) coming out of that shrouded veil of fear and admonishment to speak their truth about what has happened to them by their famous and not-so-famous husbands and lovers. And, in my opinion, this is just the beginning...

HILLARY CLINTON

Personally, I think Hillary has done a stupendous job as Secretary of State and apparently many more qualified than I who make such a distinction agree: Americans named her the woman around the world they most admired 10 times in a row and 16 times overall; in 2009 she was named the 13th most powerful PERSON on the planet by Newsweek and honored as one of the 100 most influential people in the world by TIME; in 2010 she received the George McGovern Leadership award by the World Food Programme for “her commitment and visionary approach to ending global hunger;” in 2010 TIME named her one of the 25 most influential women of the past century; and the list goes on and on. Her chart shows that she has been sorely tested in the capacity as Secretary of State, but she has some of the most elevated numbers anyone can have in a chart, namely the 60, 80, 90, and 100, all numbers indicating that she had auspicious forces available to her throughout most of her life which have helped her to climb to the heights that no other woman in this Country has ever been. It does appear there is more ahead for Hillary even though she says she’s retiring after this year as Secretary of State. I don’t think she has the “retirement cell” in her DNA. I would suspect that her exceptional credentials and personal gifts are far too dynamic to find her hanging in a hammock sipping on mint juleps for too very...

Michelle Obama & Ann Romney Wow!

If ever there was evidence that women are ready, able and willing to begin manning this battered and beaten-down flag ship called “The USofA,” Michelle Obama and Ann Romney are quintessential examples of that. I must honor First Lady Michele Obama, who I have always felt would have made a better president than her husband (judging from her numerological chart). Perhaps the fact that I’m a woman makes my attitudes and opinions a bit slanted in favor of my own gender, but I believe the speech Mrs. Obama delivered at the Democratic Convention on the 5th of September was divinely inspired. And, even though President Obama was a professor and has delivered some over-the-top inspiring and eloquent speeches since he decided to run for the presidency, I was more awe-struck and inspired by Michele Obama’s speech than any of speeches I have listened to by the President. If I were a judge, I would place her communication style and appeal slightly above that of President Bill Clinton’s who BTW is no slouch in the speech department and whose speech gave the Dems their “Dirty Harry” equivalent by MAKING THEIR DAY! Although I’m left-leaning, as most of my newsletter audience knows, I watched some of the Republican Convention and was most pleased to have seen Ann Romney’s speech. I immediately went to Wikipedia to gather her name from birth and birth date while listening to her speech and found that she was born on April 16, 1949. Her birth date reduces to a 7 destiny, the destiny number of the scholar, the sage, and the “keeper of secrets.” There’s the...

PUSSY RIOT

Who are “Pussy Riot”?  If you haven’t heard or read about them already, they are a group of young Russian women who have taken a stand against President Putin and his governing ways.  Three members of the group were convicted and sentenced to two years in a penal colony on August 17, 2012. The judge stated that they had “crudely undermined the social order” with their protest, showing a “complete lack of respect” for believers. The oldest is Yekaterina Stanislavovna Sautsevich [born August 9, 1982].  She has a 1 Destiny.  Those with 1 Destinies are the trail blazers, the pioneers, and known revolutionaries, such as like Martin Luther King, Jr., Julian Assange, George Clooney (yes,THAT George Clooney  – read about his work in Wikipedia), Susan B. Anthony, Simone de Beauvoir, Betty Freidan, among many others. The two other imprisoned members of this revolutionary band are Maria Vladimirovna Alyokhina [born June 8, 1988] who has a 4 destiny, and Nadezhda Andreyevna Toloknnikova [born November 7, 1989] who has a 9 destiny. As I expressed above in my writing about Prince Harry, people with 1, 4 and 7 Destinies are the “renegades” of the land [those who don’t resonate to the mainstream drumbeat], and both Ms. Sautsevich and Ms. Alyokhina have the “renegade” Destiny numbers and Ms. Toloknnikova has the 9 Destiny which is also associated with many famous revolutionaries such as Isaac Newton, Mahatma Gandhi, Yoko Ono, Gloria Steinem, Angela Davis, to name a few. It appears these three courageous women will be under considerable scrutiny for many years to come.  It is not until 2019 that Maria and Nadzhda...

Will Lindsay Lohan Survive?

Judging from her numerological chart, yes, Lindsay Lohan (born July 2, 1986 – still sooo young!) will survive and in fine style eventually – especially as she moves into her mid-30s and beyond. It appears that she will continue to have problems with family and love relationships, but her life is destined to be one of monetary success brought about by hard work. I have heard that she has a reputation for being a conscientious, hard working actress when she’s not otherwise playing the role of the wanton and wild character of her own making. From a numerological perspective, her greatest challenge is that she has the number 9 as her “attitude” number which influences her until she is around 31 years of age. While most young people with that attitude number border on being little “goody two-shoes” types, there is a side to that number that is brought about by an inordinate desire for respect – even when it isn’t merited, that can ignite a firestorm of a temper. I call it the “Mt. Vesuvius” (or volcanic) temper. The remedy for this negative side of the 9 attitude vibration is humility. Let’s hope Ms. Lohan has finally driven herself to that conclusion (one of humility) since she has been able to gain the choice role of playing Elizabeth Taylor in the up-coming movie “Liz and Richard.” And that this last “accident” which was reported in the news last Friday wasn’t a result of her seeming continuous need to lower herself to the negative side of her...

Numerology of Shock Radio: Limbaugh and Stern

The only two common threads that Limbaugh and Stern share that I know of are 1) they are both born on January 12th and 2) they are both popular and outlandish talk show hosts. It’s their destiny numbers (Stern with a 4 and Limbaugh with an 11) that create the great divide between these antithetical birth fellows. The latest highly publicized and explosively hostile and virulent utterances by Limbaugh express to me that he gravitates to the low side of his “Master Number” destiny.  Mind you, there are throngs of highly accomplished and admirable folks with the 11 destiny — Mozart, Franz Schubert, Anais Nin, Marc Chagall, Bob Hope, Jacqueline Kennedy-Onassis, Pres. Ronald Reagan, Norman Schwarzkopf, Joe Montana, Pres. Bill Clinton, Pres. Barack Obama, and First Lady Michelle Obama among them. In my own book “Motivational Numerology and How Numbers Affect Your Life” I refer to the 11 destiny as the “angels of the earth.” I profess that definition to those with 11 destinies who live up to this Master Number’s high calling which is that of being arbitrators and mediators for peace and harmony, and being morally and ethically committed to helping others more than themselves. That said, the 11 destiny, on the low side, is known for being associated with those who are con artists, zealots, charlatans, fanatics, “smooth talkers,” and those who have an extraordinary ability to move people emotionally with their words for their own profit like some evangelists, carnival barkers, or Ponzi schemers, and the like. Limbaugh appears to have mastered the zealous and fanatical characteristics of the 11 destiny but the quality that...
